XS650 StreetCHOPPER: Latest Pics

The StreetCHOPPER is complete... For now. Here are some shots of the bike complete. I'm stoked to see it as a finished, running piece.  Spec list is below.









SPECS:

Engine: 1980 Yamaha XS650, Factory TCI electronic ignition, Stock Mikuni Carbs, re jetted with aluminum velocity stacks, 2-2 shorty drag pipes. StreetKORE 5/8" offset front sprocket.

Frame: Kraft Tech Big Twin Rigid, +3" up, +3" out, de-raked to 27*, custom steering neck, Hand made motor mounts to accept XS650, hand made foot control mounts, rear axle plates modified to accept 25mm axle and adjuster blocks, hand made kickstand, backbone de-lugged, new tank and seat mounts. All frame modifications done in house by StreetKORE.

Wheels and Suspension: Front forks, wheels and brakes from 2000 Yamaha R1, Shaved front fender mounts, deseamed and polished lower triple clamps, 120/60-17 tire, Rear wheel and brakes from 1994 Kawasaki ZX7, hand made brake stay, 180/55-17 tire.

Body work: Tank: 1970's Suzuki dirtbike, rolled edge, smoothed, petcock relocated, custom mounts, Seat: hand made steel drag cowl, frenched tail light. Paint: Gloss Black.

Misc: Vortex Racing top triple clamp, Clip-on handlebars, Magura 1/4 turn throttle, Pro Grip Superbike grips, 5/8" front master cylinder, 3" bar end mirror, Kawi foot controls, StreetKORE Vin-Tech Glass brake fluid reservoir, StreetKORE Black Bullet tail light, mini projector beam headlight, Hand made battery hold down, custom wire harness, Drag Specialties gas cap, Bikers Choice petcock.

Build time: 4 months.
