Outlaws on the road

Ran across a pack of Outlaws members riding up I-95 this afternoon. Another beautiful day to ride in South FL.

XS650 StreetCHOPPER Update: New Tank

The original tank for the StreetCHOPPER ended up developing a large stress crack at the rear seam soon after installing it on the bike. After a number of tries to repair it, I gave up. Just sick of messing with it and not being able to rectify the problem. So it's been turned into a wall decoration for now. Which ultimately works for the better. recently I've been sketching up new ideas for a tank and this evening decided to put them into action.

Innovation ain't what it used to be!

An excellent read from Geoff James about early racing innovation in drag bikes. Were money lacks, creativity, solid engineering and persistence pays off. Many great photos of some 60's and 70's era race machines through out the story.

Tribute to Artkore, Antoine Collignon

Antoine was a good friend of ours here at StreetKORE. Even though we lived worlds apart he was always there with a friendly word, advise or a good story. He took the gamble 5 years ago and created one of the top custom bike mags in the world from no more then an idea and a love for what he did. For being a small French publication, it has reached globally with some of the best content, features and photography ever printed in a bike rag. Antoine meet every challenge and conquered. From Street Monsters Magazine to the Monster Race series, and his well know cartoons as Artkore, He was a man of many talents and passions. He will be greatly missed.
